Job Summary:

The Entry-Level Commercial HVAC Service Technician will work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior technicians with servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
  • Learn to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, cleaning, and inspections
  • Help maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles
  • Accurately document work performed and assist with service reports
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
  • Provide professional and courteous support to customers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interest in HVAC or mechanical trades
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, mechanical rooms, outdoors)
