Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining records
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks and projects
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
